The Gitzo L-rail α makes it easy to quickly switch between landscape and portrait format.
Camera and tripod are perfectly balanced in any position, minimizing the risk of camera shake. At 77 g, Gitzo's L-rail α is the lightest of its kind on the market. It is milled from a solid block of aluminum and forms a perfect unit with the high-quality, professional α cameras: α7R III and α9. Its unique design offers four attachment points for the camera strap, the position of which has been chosen so that the camera can be transported safely even when mounted in the L-rail α. The top of the L-rail α is also designed so that all of the camera's cable connections can be used to their full extent, which is important for video recordings or tethered shoots in the studio, for example. The supplied Allen key can be attached in a separate holder.
