The new Irix 21mm also has the same type of focus ring. The ring itself is a combination of a well-chosen texture with high-quality rubber material. Thanks to this solution, you can focus reliably and accurately. A specially designed relief allows you to feel the position of the ring. These solutions make working with manual focusing much easier than you might expect.

Focus lock
Is another feature of Irix optics. With this function, the movement of the focus ring can be locked in the desired position. This is particularly useful when we want to maintain a certain distance from the photographed object (zone focusing) or when we want to maintain perfect sharpness at infinity in landscape or astrophotography.
