  • Fast aspherical standard Lens
  • Filter Ø 52 mm
  • Angle of view 55 degrees
  • aspherical
  • Minimum distance 0.5 m

The optical design is the same as the E-mount Lens, but here it is with VM mount. It incorporates two aspherical lens elements for reliable optical performance and soft bokeh at maximum aperture. Transmission to an optical viewfinder with distance adjustment is ensured by means of a focusing coupling up to a close-up limit of about 70 cm (depending on the camera), generally focusing is possible up to 50 cm (e.g. on cameras with Live View function).

Despite the high speed of F 1.2, the Lens has a very compact design and a weight of only 315 grams. This makes for wonderfully light handling.
